Take the car to Rio Bianco/Weißenbach, where you can park it right next to the Sportbar. Now, follow the gravel road n. 25A that starts on the left-hand side of the valley. You'll reach the mountain hut in about 40-50 minutes. The owners will wait for you with a warm welcome and delicious Tyrolean dishes.
