Weizgruberalm

Through the Ahrntal-valley at Sand in Taufers you turn to the right to reach Mühlwald after ca. 7 km. Follow the signs of “Brunnberg” and Mitterberg” on the small, curvy road up the hill until you reach the parking place signed with a huge shield of the “Weizgruber Alm”.

From there you walk a very short part on the asphalt road until the toboggan run begins. It’s a ca. 1,5 hours’ walk until you reach the “Weizgruber Alm” on an altitude of 2032 m. The “Weizgruber Alm” is suitable for the whole family and well-known for typical Tyrolean dishes.
